How do I purchase an account?

Click the Store button found at the top of our website, search for any product you want to purchase, select your desired warranty, payment method, and complete the payment.


How to make my account last longer?

Avoid changing any information on the account. This includes profile data, billing info, passwords, emails, language, etc.


My account stopped working. What do I do?

You can request a replacement from the Support section of our website.


What can I change on the account?

Unless the product you purchased mentions Private/Personal on the title, you may not change passwords or create profiles on the purchased accounts. This will lead to your warranty being voided.


How long is my warranty and how does it work?

When you purchase a product, there are options for how long you want the warranty to last.


When will I receive my product?

You will receive your product as soon as the payment is complete.


I didn’t get an email after purchase, what to do?

Check spam for an email from darkwave.shop, our emails have ended up in spam before. If any of our emails don’t get delivered to both spam and inbox just contact us and we will resolve it.
